How It Works:

You may have read about the diet in The New York Times or heard about it from a friend. If not, let me  explain how it works: HCG (short for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is a natural hormone that taps into your stored fat enabling you to lose weight fast.  When you use HCG combined with a low calorie diet protocol of 500 to 900 calories a day you can burn 3,500-4,000 calories of stored fat daily!

That means you can lose weight from your problem areas (bum, belly, thighs etc, etc.) while experiencing a reshaping of your body. And since your body will be utilizing those abnormal fat stores for fuel, you won’t feel tired, hungry or irritable while following the low calorie diet.

Another benefit of HCG is it helps correct your metabolism which in turn will help prevent you from gaining the weight back once you come off the diet. Simply eat smart and follow a well-balanced diet each and every day and you'll avoid putting the weight you lost back on.

Burn Fat Fast With This 4 phase HCG Diet Plan:


Depending how much weight you need to lose, you will follow the HCG program for 26 days (23 days of HCG treatments), 33 days (30 days of treatment) or 43 days (40 days of treatment). 

The first 2 days of the program is know as Phase 1 or the Loading Phase. Here you will take the prescribed HCG medication plus while following a 1,500 to 2,000 calorie diet.

High Fat Diet For 2 Days...

During this "loading phase", you get to enjoy high fat foods (pizza, sausage and any fried foods that you wish). This is so your body can use these fat reserves while you are on the low calorie diet found in the second phase of the program.

We recommend that you purchase your necessary supplies for the rest of the program during this phase. You will need a food scale and a digital adult scale to monitor your progress. You will also want to begin planning your meals for phase 2 of the diet and purchasing the items needed for meal preparation.

Activity guidelines and recommendations will also be given at this time as you begin learning about healthy eating and living.


Phase 2 lasts between 24  to 41 days  depending on how much weight you want to lose. During this time, you'll still take the recommended daily dose of HCG, but your calorie intake will drop to 500-1,000 calories per day depending on your activity level. At the end the HCG cycle (21, 28 or 38 days), you will continue following the low calorie diet for an additional 3 days.

What happens to your body in this stage is that the HCG is burning up your excessive fat bank. What this does is to release energy into your blood stream. This is why you will not feel hungry while consuming only 500-1,000 calories per day.

The food choices are very limited and specific in phase 2 and must be adhered to very strictly in order for the diet to be successful. A list of allowed foods is provided as well as recipes designed to accommodate the restrictions of the diet and are compliant with the protocol.

A 500 Calorie Diet You Can Live With...

• 3.5 oz of lean protein.
• 3.5 oz of vegetables
• 1 serving of fruit
• Unlimited coffee, dry teas, vinegars and mustard are allowed


Phase 3, also known as the Stabilization Stage, is a 21 day period where your allotted daily calories intake increases.

You no longer take the HCG medication during this phase and are allowed to eat a wider variety of food with the exception of starches and sugars. Small amounts of alcohol can be consumed at this time as well.

Since you will no longer be taking the HCG medication but are increasing your caloric intake, we will continue to see you weekly and you will weigh yourself daily to assure your weight is stabilizing.

To help make choosing the right foods easier during this transition period, simply log onto our EZDietPlannner & Fitness Tracker each day and choose from our dietician developed meal plans or simply use our online system to create your own meal plan and you're go to go!

Once complete, we'll create an Eat Smart, Stay Fit™ Program, including Body Focus Essentials™ Nutritional Supplement, for you to follow in the last phase of the program.


In Phase 4 you slowly begin to introduce starches and carbohydrates back into your daily diet as you transition into the Eat Smart, Stay Fit™ Plan designed for you. Since certain types of carbohydrates may affect your weight, they should be noted and avoided by using a food journal or our online EZDietPlanner & Fitness Tracker™.

Many of our patients choose to begin this phase with the Cleanse21 ™ Therapeutic Detox * to help restore nutritional balance while removing toxic build and reducing body fat.

During this phase, you will also be given a Stay Fit Exercise & Activity Plan to help further reduce body fat while increasing muscle tone.

At the end of your program, we will create a Body Focus 365™ Diet & Fitness Plan to meet your lifestyle and healthcare needs. You'll also be given a nutritional supplement regimen to help restore balance of the nutrients essential for proper body function.

*Cleanse21 ™ is part of the Body Focus System ™and is an optional add-on for those looking to detoxify their body at the end of their weight loss program. It is not included in the fee for our standard HCG Diet Plan.

Each day simply log in from your computer, iphone or ipad and record your daily nutritional data and activities.
